It is a time for visions, right … and for grateful reflections on the relations that keep us going. While thanking you for our contact in 2024, let us thus also seize the occasion to softly announce our launch of this blog for post-trade services marketers – as well as our new web shop. Over time, we will enable a dream experience for you as our client, of course. 😉
You saw our radical makeover of the delegate experience in 2024. Why should we not aspire to a perfect client experience in any of your interaction with us? As we leave for the holidays, more bandwidth between you and us is the item that tops our lists both under “Christmas wishes” and “New Year resolutions”. If you are curious, you can scroll down for our long list of initiatives to make this reality – or you can just lean back into Christmas, relax and trust that we will guide you to the benefits when you have use for them next year.
In all, we have embarked on a structured platform for better service and closer co-creation between you and us. This has become possible – and necessary – due to the way our business and client base are building up, and the growing need for more people to teamwork internally in your organisations – our clients’. This is just the beginning, but already displays our conviction that our path to a bigger role in your marketing, goes through closer co-creation.
With this (unless you still have 2024 marketing budget burning to be invested into these choose-your-own-exact-dates news site ad slots, or our value-packed 2025 conference add-on services), let us just wish you a relaxed and beautiful holiday!

These are six digital tools already in place to support our collaboration:
• The PostTrade 360° shop – here on shop.posttrade360.com – is already up and running, and starting to fill up with both media and event products. With the transparent offer overview, flexible package configurability for you, and post-purchase transaction archive for your organisation, we seek to stimulate your company’s internal discussion on how to use us creatively to make your maximum impact in your market. We are always available to guide, discuss, and support! (And you will not be obliged to use the web shop if you’d choose not to; it is a complement, not necessarily a replacement for existing channels.)
• The PostTrade 360° partners’ blog – shop.posttrade360.com/partners-blog – for which this Christmas greeting marks the debut! While the focus will be on our own events and media, expect also more general reflections on good practices around event and media content marketing. It is our conviction that media, including content marketing, is way underutilised in the marketing mix, but it is also an art that can take some learning. We can only gain if you get going on this art, whether you then apply it through our channels or others, paid or non-paid. Get deeper on content marketing, with us!
• The partner blog newsletter. Let us inform you when we update the blog. Whoever you think should be on our mailing list, guide them to sign up here: form.apsis.one/oxPgL8WwbHz. No-one has to be a current client, it’s open for anybody who wants to stay aware of what we do, and we seek to attract a broad audience! And when the day comes to say goodbye, unsubscribing is as easy as clicking that link in any newsletter.
• Exhibitors’ info portal. As our existing sponsors have already experienced, a unique information overview page serves to take headache out of the coordinator role on the client’s side, through the production process for each conference. We have already heard big sighs of relief after new staff have been assigned to the role on our client’s side, and they find we took out the old need for black magic, replacing it instead with a structured shared overview of all the key agreements, data and resources.
• The content upload portal. Never has it been so easy to get stuff published at short notice, and manage your approval or amendments before publication. For deeper understanding of how it makes both your marketing and handling more efficient, you can watch this 10-minute video.
• Our bookable meeting calendar. Click here, book your preferred time slot for a Teams meeting, and you could normally expect both Kim Ersson and Alexander Kristofersson, responsible respectively for the commercial relations and our operational stuff. No more wasting time on discussing calendars – you just decide! And it goes to show how our digital solutions make us more available for you in person, not less.
